Patterson Construction was founded in 1985 by Val Patterson, who established the business on a reputation for quality workmanship, honesty and dependable delivery.

As the company grew, so did its expertise. From early carpentry and construction works, Patterson developed a specialist reputation for structural alterations, basement construction and complex engineering projects throughout London.
Today, Patterson Construction operates as a main contractor, delivering refurbishment, redevelopment and mixed-use projects across London and the UK. We combine more than 40 years of construction experience with a modern, collaborative approach to project delivery.
Over the following decades, the business continued to expand, investing in people, facilities and capabilities while building long-standing relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
