OUR STORY
From Specialist Craftsmanship to Main Contracting
Patterson Construction was founded in 1985 by Val Patterson, who established the business on a reputation for quality workmanship, honesty and dependable delivery.

As the company grew, so did its expertise. From early carpentry and construction works, Patterson developed a specialist reputation for structural alterations, basement construction and complex engineering projects throughout London.

Over the following decades, the business continued to expand, investing in people, facilities and capabilities while building long-standing relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.

Today, Patterson Construction delivers refurbishment, redevelopment and mixed-use projects throughout London and the UK, combining over 40 years of construction experience with a modern, collaborative approach to project delivery.
