Demolition of the existing property and construction of a new-build luxury apartment development comprising six high-specification residential units. Works included bulk excavation, reinforced concrete substructure, structural frame construction, external envelope, high-end internal fit-out, landscaping and associated external works. The development was delivered to a premium specification with extensive terraces, underground parking and contemporary residential accommodation.
