St James’s Square

A comprehensive redevelopment of a prominent early twentieth-century commercial building in one of London’s most prestigious garden squares. The project retained the building’s traditional façade and balconies while extensively upgrading its structure, interiors and building services.

The completed development provides approximately 17,705 square feet of Grade A contemporary office accommodation with high-quality finishes and dual-aspect views over St James’s Square and Pall Mall. The works combined the character and proportions of the historic exterior with modern workplace standards and building performance.
