Old Gloucester Street

Refurbishment and reuse of the long-vacant Grade II listed building, including restoration of historic fabric, removal/replacement of later rear elements, basement extension and new rear extension to support cultural/community use. Historic England lists the building as the former St George the Martyr Boys School, dating from 1877-78, in stock brick with Gothic detailing and slate roofs.
